Roy Alexander is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Fashion Nova since October 2022, Roy focuses on promoting an inclusive and trend-driven fashion brand. Previously, Roy held significant roles at Jarvis Elliott and Jarvis Cole, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition efforts in the SaaS tech sector and specializing in Shopify recruitment within Florida. Additional experience includes serving as an Acquisition Specialist at Principle Property Solutions and as a Resident Director and Assistant Basketball Coach at Lake Erie College, where Roy was involved in player development and budget management.
