Jack Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the retail industry. Jack started their career at Nordstrom as a Seasonal Sales Associate, where they helped launch the Nordstrom "Wit and Wonder" Christmas pop-up shop concept and later excelled in selling women's designer handbags and accessories.

Jack then worked as a Design Intern at Gerber Childrenswear LLC, collaborating with the merchandising team to design and develop clothing for national and international retailers. Jack had opportunities to provide input in meetings with top clients like Viacom, TJX group, and Walmart.

Following their internship, Jack joined Amazon as a Virtual Customer Service Associate, ensuring timely and professional customer service through phone and email communication. Jack utilized software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and offer effective solutions.

Jack's next role was at The RealReal as a Retail Consignment Specialist, where they evaluated and conducted consignments for luxury items. Jack provided outstanding customer experiences and offered price expectations to consignors.

Most recently, Jack has been working at FASHIONPHILE, first as a Luxury Procurement Specialist, Level 3, and currently as a Sales and Merchandising Associate. In their current role, they are responsible for merchandising the NYC showroom with a wide range of products including handbags, fine jewelry, watches, and accessories. Jack partners with inventory and procurement teams to ensure a constant flow of new products.

Throughout their career, Jack has developed expertise in luxury brands such as Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Rolex. Jack has also maintained a client book of loyal customers and achieved individual sales success.

Jack Miller completed their high school education at Panther Creek High School from 2012 to 2016, earning a High School Diploma. Afterward, they attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Apparel and Product Design. During their time at the university, they also pursued a minor in Information Technology. Additionally, in 2016, Jack obtained the National Career Readiness- Gold Level certification from ACT and the Microsoft Office Specialist certification from Microsoft in 2017.
