Michelle Morris

Michelle Morris has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Michelle began their career in 2004 as a Sales Representative at Success Express, Inc., where they successfully managed a sales territory and achieved significant sales growth. Michelle was then promoted to Trainer, responsible for training new hires.

In 2007, Michelle worked as a Hostess at Olive Garden before transitioning to a role as a Care Provider at Good Company Senior Care in 2009. In this position, they provided in-home care and companionship to clients, assisting with daily activities, healthcare, and medication administration.

In 2010, Michelle joined pure premise as a Brand Ambassador, focusing on brand promotion and marketing through networking activities and event planning. Michelle held this position until 2014.

Michelle had a brief stint as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Call Plan, Inc. from 2011 to 2012. Michelle then joined Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC in 2017 as a Retention Specialist, where they utilized their customer relations skills to address customer concerns and enhance loyalty.

Michelle joined Target in 2019 as a Team Lead, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing a team. Michelle held this position until 2021.

In the same year, Michelle worked concurrently at Headway Workforce Solutions and Oxford Marketing (US) as a Brand Ambassador. At Headway Workforce Solutions, they served as a Team Lead, and at Oxford Marketing, they continued to promote and represent brands.

Finally, Michelle joined FASHIONPHILE in 2021 as a Client Support Specialist, utilizing their customer service expertise to assist clients.

Throughout their work experience, Michelle has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different industries and roles, showcasing their strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills.

Michelle Morris attended Mt. San Antonio College from 2012 to 2014, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. In June 2019, they obtained a ServSafe Manager certification from Boom Inc.
