Zilya Chigireva

Zilya Chigireva currently serves as the Deputy CEO for Human Resources at FASP since January 2022 and has held the same title at MIGCredit since November 2011, where Zilya also previously worked as Head of Human Resources. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Human Resources at DeltaCredit Bank from March 2008 to November 2011 and as an HR Manager at Otkritie from August 2006 to December 2007. Zilya Chigireva holds an MBA in Strategic Personnel Management from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), obtained between 2007 and 2009, and has furthered their expertise through training at Erickson Coaching International from 2012 to 2013.
