Phil Lodato

Phil Lodato serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Elevate Ventures since January 2014 and has been a Board Observer for FAST BioMedical and a Board Member for Confluence Pharmaceuticals LLC, both on behalf of Elevate Ventures. Lodato has held various board positions, including roles at PactSafe, App Press, ClearObject, myCOI, and PolicyStat. Prior experience includes serving as Counsel for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and as an Attorney at Dentons Bingham Greenebaum. Lodato holds a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington.
