Josh Baker

Josh Baker has extensive experience in kitchen and restaurant management, currently serving as Kitchen Manager at FAST EDDIES since May 2021. Prior to this role, Baker worked as a Catering Chef at Stancato's Italian Restaurant from December 2019 to May 2021 and held the position of General Manager at Mellow Mushroom between May 2018 and October 2019. Baker also brings experience as FOH Manager and Executive Chef at Texas de Brazil from February 2016 to May 2018, in addition to previously managing the kitchen at Quaker Steak & Lube from July 2009 to February 2012. Educational background includes graduation from Brooklyn High School in 2006.
