Matthias Medaer

Matthias Medaer is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in management, currently serving as the General Manager for Fast Fine Restaurant Group in Belgium since November 2022. Co-founder of Leo and previously a District Manager at BAVET, Matthias has held multiple key positions in various hotel brands, including Operational Manager at Novotel Charleroi Centre and Manager at Novotel Mechelen. Additional experience includes serving as a Welcome Pilot at Mercure Montmartre and contributing to the opening of Suite Novotel Issy-les-Moineaux. Matthias's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management from AP Hogeschool Antwerpen and ongoing studies towards a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Ghent University.
