MiKyung Choi is currently working at Fast Five as a member of the CX-NPS and customer satisfaction data operation management core part. MiKyung is responsible for conducting NPS and customer satisfaction surveys, reorganizing survey contents, creating operating dashboards for data reporting, and analyzing customer feedback to support actionable strategies. Prior to their current role, MiKyung worked as a platform strategy manager at 마이뮤직테이스트, a junior analyst at Hansae Yes24 Holdings, a research assistant at EY and OpenTide Korea, and a research assistant at Accenture. MiKyung holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University at Buffalo.
