Dr Irum Inayat

Dr. Irum Inayat's work experience includes their current role as a Senior Researcher at Lero-The Irish Software Research Centre in the Republic of Ireland, which they started in January 2023. Previously, they worked at FAST-NUCES as an Associate Professor from June 2019 onwards, and as an Assistant Professor from July 2016 to July 2019. Dr Irum also served as a Deputy Director of IT for the Government of Pakistan from April 2015 to June 2016, and as a Research Fellow at North Western Polytechnic University from August 2014 to March 2015. Additionally, Dr. Inayat worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Malaya from September 2011 to August 2014, and as a Deputy Director of IT for the Government of Pakistan from July 2009 to August 2011.

Dr Irum Inayat completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from PIEAS, from 2003 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued their higher education at the University of Malaya, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from 2011 to 2014.
