Sarah Asif's work experience begins in 2008 with Descon (Pvt.) Ltd, where they worked as an internee. In 2009, they interned at Design & Engineering Systems. From 2011 to 2011, they worked as a Junior Engineer at Al-Khan Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. During this time, they prepared worksheets, conducted rate analysis, and estimated costs.

In 2012, Sarah briefly served as an International Student Ambassador at The University of Sheffield. Sarah then worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Lahore from 2013 to 2015 and at FAST-NUCES from 2015 to an unspecified end date.
