Jennifer Fletcher

Jennifer Fletcher began their work experience in 2015 as a Sales Representative at Choptank Transport. In 2016, they transitioned to Fast Pace Health as a Human Resource Assistant. From 2017 to 2018, Jennifer served as a Human Resource Coordinator at the same company. Jennifer then advanced to the role of Human Resources Generalist from 2018 to 2019. Jennifer further progressed their career at Fast Pace Health, holding the position of People and Culture Partner from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they work as a Sr. People and Culture Partner at the same company.

Jennifer Fletcher has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), which they obtained between 2011 and 2015. In 2020 to 2021, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California. Jennifer also holds additional certifications, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in May 2021, and an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) certification from AVA Assessment Associates, Inc., obtained in March 2021.
