Lauren Chamberlain

Lauren Chamberlain began their work experience in 2012 at Schmiede Corporation as a Production Control Assistant. Lauren then moved on to Lowe's Companies, Inc. in 2007, where they worked as a Head Cashier and later transitioned to become a Human Resource Assistant. In 2014, Lauren joined Embassy Suites as an HR/Payroll Assistant, where they were responsible for various HR tasks including payroll, employee relations, and benefit distribution. Lauren was later promoted to HR Director, overseeing orientation, training, and compliance with legal guidelines until 2020. Currently, Lauren is working at Fast Pace Health as an HRIS and Benefits Analyst, with recent promotion to the role of HRIS Benefits Partner.

Lauren Chamberlain began their education at Motlow State Community College, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business/Commerce, General.
