Brian Morgan

Brian Morgan is the current Project Leader at Fast Slow Motion. Brian has extensive experience in Information Technology Project Management, having previously worked for Regions Bank from October 2014 to April 2018. In their previous role, Brian was responsible for implementing capital projects for the Technology and Risk Management divisions of Regions Bank, as well as managing large-scale product implementations, system enhancements/customizations, and custom software development.

Brian has a strong track record of successfully completing projects within schedule and budget constraints. Brian is skilled at analyzing business requests, writing system requirements, collaborating on system design, and managing user acceptance testing to ensure solution design meets business requirements. Brian is also experienced in preparing project reports for senior management to communicate project status and escalate issues impacting project schedules.

During their time at Regions Bank, Brian successfully completed several high-profile projects, including FICO/Blaze Implementations, Regions Data Foundation (RDF), Integrated Payables - AOC, ODS Baselayer Migraton, and SAS Grid.

Prior to joining Regions Bank, Brian served in the United States Air Force from December 2005 to October 2014. During their time in the Air Force, Brian gained valuable experience and skills that have helped him in their current role as Project Leader at Fast Slow Motion.
