Ariel Werbel

Ariel Werbel currently serves as the Director of Global Support Delivery & Operations at SugarCRM since August 2025. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Xero from April 2015 to August 2025, such as Customer Readiness Manager and Business Improvement Manager for Customer Operations. Prior to Xero, Ariel worked as Staff Development Coordinator at Endocrinology Associates of Princeton from December 2012 to October 2014 and held multiple positions at Eldora Mountain Resort from January 2005 to September 2012, including Guest Services Manager. Academically, Ariel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and completed two certificates in Business Competencies at Colorado State University in 2013.
