John Catalfamo

John Catalfamo is the current Project Leader at Fast Slow Motion. Prior to that, they were with Salesforce from November 2016 to June 2019 where they were a Customer Success Leader. In this role, they consulted with customer executives to drive digital transformation and high ROI. John also collaborated with customer and Salesforce teams to create and sustain increased customer and partner engagement. In addition, they provided strategic leadership on the development of innovation and transformation methodology and practices, and published thought leadership content. Finally, they partnered with customer executives and Salesforce teams to drive operational use of Salesforce products.

Before Salesforce, John was with ADT from January 2014 to August 2016 as the Vice President, Program Management Office and Quality Assurance. In this role, they orchestrated and led a team of 100+ people. John also drove investment and delivery execution for several strategic programs. Furthermore, they spearheaded innovative solutions delivery and operational changes to improve the customer journey, as well as, the customer and user experiences. Additionally, they enabled technologies and processes to launch new offerings and enhance existing products and services. Finally, they supported M&A through due diligence and post-acquisition integration. At ADT, John achieved digital transformation, applied robotic process automation, improved processes, and leveraged new integrated systems (e.g., product catalog) spanning the customer lifecycle for more than 5,000 B2C and B2B field and call center users.

John Catalfamo has a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University. John is also certified by the AICPA as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In addition, they have a Drucker School MBA Essentials for Salesforce certification from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management. John is also a Project Management Professional / PMP from the Program Management Institute. Furthermore, they have a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
