Rami Karlsson

Rami Karlsson has been with Fastems since December 2007, where roles have included Head of Proposal Management, Director of Business Development, and Director of Operations. In these positions, Rami has led significant development programs aimed at improving profitability through streamlined business processes and oversaw operations that included strategic sourcing and planning. Prior experience at Fastems also includes roles as Manager of Production & Purchasing and Production Manager, following an earlier role as a Purchaser. Rami holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management from Tampere University of Technology, with academic tenure spanning from 2002 to 2007.
