Merle Welker

Merle Welker's work experience began in 2006 as an Intern in Communications & Public Relations at Maussen Communications & Public Relations. They then moved on to a Graduation internship in communications at ratiopharm in 2008, followed by a role as Management Support and Communication at the same company. In 2009, Merle became an Internal Sales Representative at Sarlini Modeaccessoires before advancing to the position of International Account Manager. In 2011, they became a Key Account Manager at Exter B.V. and later joined Fasten - Innovative Beauty Packaging in 2012 as a Senior Account Manager. After several years in this role, Merle became the Head of Sales, responsible for leading the Fasten Packaging Sales team and expanding the business with key customers.

Merle Welker completed a Bachelor of Communications degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2008. In 2014 to 2015, they also obtained a NVC Packaging Professional I degree in Packaging Science from NVC Netherlands Packaging Centre.
