Xavi Galindo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. xavi started their career as a Photography Assistant at various studios from 2005 to 2012. xavi then became a founding partner at ElDoradoStudio Photography in 2014, where they co-led the integrated production studio and managed projects in the food, corporate, and events industries. In 2015, Xavi joined 8fit as a Production Lead, overseeing the entire production process and ensuring projects were delivered on time and within budget. From 2005, they have also worked as a Freelance Head Photographer, specializing in events, video, food, and studio photography. Currently, Xavi is the Head of Content at Fastic, where they are responsible for creating and executing the content strategy for the app and leading a team of copywriters, translators, designers, and content managers. Throughout their career, Xavi has consistently ensured that their work aligns with the organization's goals and values.

Xavi Galindo completed an Advanced Degree in Photography at IEFC from 2005 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, Xavi studied Audiovisual Communication at Universitat Ramon Llull, earning a Bachelor's degree in that field. In addition to their formal education, Xavi Galindo obtained various certifications in project management, chat engineering, conflict management, and leadership communication. These certifications were received from institutions such as XDi - Experience Design Institut GmbH, Udemy, and SNBCI between 2021 and 2023.
