Guy Bedford

Guy Bedford has a strong background in software development and web development. Guy currently holds the position of Principal Software Engineer, Web Assembly at Fastly since October 2022. Prior to that, they have worked as a Delegate, TC39 (OpenJS Foundation) at Ecma International starting from March 2021. Guy is also a member of the JSPM Foundation since July 2021. Previously, Guy worked as a Software Developer at an undisclosed company from March 2021 to October 2022. Guy has also worked as a Software Developer at Verve Interactive from July 2011 to February 2021 and as a Web Developer at Design Indaba from April 2010 to July 2011. Guy Bedford co-founded ABSTRACTION SOFTWARE LIMITED in November 2008 and played a role as Co-founder until March 2010.

Guy Bedford attended the University of Oxford from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics. Subsequently, they pursued further education at the University of Oxford from 2007 to 2008, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mathematical Modelling and Scientific Computing.
