Julia Shikashio

Julia Shikashio has diverse work experience starting from 2012 as a Dancer working as a self-employed individual. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Loan Officer Assistant-Seasonal at Googain. In 2015, they worked briefly as a Pilates Instructor at Equinox and later joined Club Pilates in the same role. In 2016, they worked as an Operations Representative at APL Logistics, where they specialized in destination services. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Plexus Worldwide, starting as a Jewel Liaison Premier Customer Service representative and then transitioning to the role of Knowledge Base Publisher. Julia also worked as a System Administrator-Zendesk at Plexus, where they customized the organization's Zendesk instance and ensured its efficient usage. Since June 2021, they have been working as a Business Systems Administrator at Fastly.

Julia Shikashio obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Dance from Loyola Marymount University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Julia has obtained various certifications including Automation Pro I and II Certificates, Error Troubleshooting, Recipe Functions Badge, and Working with Lists from Workato. Julia also holds a Comprehensive Global Format Pilates certification from BASI Pilates and a Zendesk Support Administrator certification from Zendesk.
