Macy Hairgrove has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Macy began their career in 2015 as a Camp Assistant Coach at Real Colorado Soccer. In 2017, they became a Student at Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, where they remained until 2022. During their time at Texas Tech University, Macy also served as an Athletic Ambassador from 2020 to 2022.

In 2021, they joined Spartan Capital Group as an Executive Recruiter and worked there until 2022. Following this, Macy joined ClubCorp in 2022 and held the role of Food and Beverage Manager from February to September and the role of Private Event Manager from August 2022 to April 2023.

Currently, Macy is working as a Customer Advocate at Fastly, starting in April 2023.

Macy Hairgrove attended Texas Tech University from 2017 to 2021. During their time at the university, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing. Macy also obtained several certifications, including the Google Adwords Search Certification from Google in April 2021, the Hootsuite Platform Certification from Hootsuite in April 2021, the Hubspot Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy in March 2021, the Hubspot Email Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy in March 2021, and the Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy in February 2021.
