Xun Gu

Xun Gu has a strong background in engineering and software development. Starting in 2003, Xun worked as a Software Engineer at Sony Ericsson, where they developed drivers and middleware for an image processor. In 2006, Xun became a Field Application Engineer at AMD, specializing in providing software solutions for the Imageon media processor. From 2007 to 2012, Xun worked at Rovi as an SDK Support Engineer, where they provided software development and support to customers using the Connected Platform technology. In 2012, Xun joined Marvell Semiconductor as a Staff Firmware Engineer, focusing on Linux boot-up, device driver porting, firmware development, and hybrid storage device architecture. Since 2019, Xun has been a Senior Cloud Engineer at Fastly, responsible for managing technical aspects for top accounts and gaining deep insights into their team and infrastructure.

Xun Gu began their education in 1990 at Wuhan Foreign Language school, where they completed middle school courses. From 1996 to 2000, they attended Zhejiang University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Xun continued their studies at Zhejiang University from 2000 to 2003 and received a Master's degree in Computer Science. In June 2020, Xun Gu obtained a certification as an Associate Cloud Engineer from Google Cloud Platform Certified.
