Leonore Kostadinova

Leonore Kostadinova has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Leonore is currently the Regional Head of Operations at Fastmarkets since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations at New Statesman Media Group from February 2020 to February 2023. Leonore also has a significant tenure at ISI Emerging Markets Group, where they held positions such as Director of Finance and Operations, Regional Financial Controller for Europe, Middle East and India, and Sub-Regional Financial Controller for EMEA between 2008 and 2019. Before that, they founded and served as the CEO of LK Consulting EOOD from 1999 to 2008. Leonore also worked as the Chief Accountant at Mitiel OOD from 1997 to 2007 and started their career as an Administrator and Assistant Accountant at Geo Marine Centre Ltd. from 1991 to 1997.

Leonore Kostadinova obtained a Master's Degree in Commerce and Merchandise from the University of National and World Economy from 1990 to 1994. In 2021, they attended INSEAD and completed a program in Business Strategy and Financial Performance. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications, including Business Strategy & Financial Performance from INSEAD Executive Education in August 2021, Advanced Diploma in GBS from The Hackett Group in January 2019, Leadership and Management from Wilson Learning Worldwide in November 2015, and Workshop "Sales Tax, VAT and PE risks" from Deloitte UK in July 2013. Leonore has also attended various seminars and workshops on VAT, tax compliance, international accounting standards, interviewing skills, Microsoft Office Excel, transfer pricing regulations, and WHT regulations and tax treaties.
