Nicole Leary

Nicole Leary, SHRM-SCP, MHRM, currently serves as the People and Culture Business Partner for Sol Petroleum in the Western Caribbean since February 2020. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions at Bahamas First General Insurance Company Limited from March 2010 to February 2020, including Manager of Compensation & Benefits, Assistant Manager of Human Resources, and Human Resource Officer. Experience also includes serving as Human Resource Manager at AML Foods Ltd. from June 1999 to February 2010. Nicole's educational background includes a Master of Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Nova Southeastern University, and an Associate degree in Human Resource Management from Bahamas Baptist Community College.
