Rachel Aston

Rachel Aston has extensive experience in various project management and CRM roles. Rachel is currently the Head of CRM at Fastmarkets, where they have been since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Programme Manager at Fastmarkets and as a Salesforce Project Manager on a contract basis. Rachel also has experience working at Clarion Events, ServiceMax - From GE Digital, BrightGen, Magic Milestones, Leeds Beckett University, and BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Rachel'sroles in these companies ranged from project management consultant to international admissions manager and planning & management information officer.

Rachel Aston has a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Systems Analysis & Design from City University. Rachel also has a Bachelor of Science degree (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science from Leeds Beckett University. In addition to their degrees, Rachel has obtained several certifications including ServiceMax Certified Administrator from ServiceMax in October 2015, Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce in February 2015, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in November 2011.
