RJ Boehman

RJ Boehman is currently employed as a Sales Engineer and Client Services Representative at FastModel Sports since 2021. Prior to this role, they were a Content Manager at RedShelf from 2020 to 2021. From 2014 to 2020, they were a Men's Basketball Graduate Assistant at Marquette University, where they managed video and analytic operations for the program, utilized multiple systems to create scouting videos and generate in-depth analytics tracking individual player statistics, and key performance metrics of practices and games, utilized analytic software to generate 240+ reports of advanced statistics to gauge the strengths and weaknesses of teams and players, maintained a master calendar of projects, increased attendance of Summer basketball camps by 30%, hired and managed a staff of 40-55 coaches per camp, managed a staff of twelve student managers, and collaborated with peer universities to foster a network of data sharing in the Big East Conference. RJ also held the role of Men's Basketball Student Manager at Marquette University. In 2017, they were a Support Staff at USA Basketball.

RJ Boehman obtained their High School Diploma from Bishop Watterson High School in 2014. RJ then attended Marquette University, graduating with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship and Finance in 2018. RJ continued their studies at Marquette University, earning their Master's Degree in Management in 2020.
