Doreen Peprah

Doreen Peprah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Doreen currently holds the position of Customer Operations Manager at Fastned, a role they have been in since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Cloud System Engineer at BRYXX from December 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining BRYXX, Doreen gained valuable experience at Netflix. Doreen held the position of Team Lead Operation NetflixCS for Majorel from April 2019 to April 2021, driving performance strategy and providing analysis to improve customer experience. Prior to this, they served as a Team Lead Operations Netflix from December 2015 to April 2019, where they focused on people engagement and development.

In addition to their roles at Netflix, Doreen also worked as a Technical Support Specialist from July 2015 to December 2015 and as a Customer Service Representative from August 2014 to July 2015.

Earlier in their career, Doreen volunteered as a Project Specialist at St NeViSo from April 2012 to August 2017. Doreen also gained sales experience as a Professional Sales Consultant at Game Mania from November 2011 to June 2013.

In July 2021, they also achieved the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from AWS. Furthermore, Doreen obtained the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate in July 2021 from CertiProf. Most recently, in December 2021, they earned the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2021 Architect Associate certification from Oracle.
