Liselotte Kooi

Liselotte Kooi currently serves as the Director Group Legal & Company Secretary at Royal FrieslandCampina, overseeing the Group Legal Team and acting as Company Secretary for the Executive Board, Executive Team, and Supervisory Board. With extensive experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance, Liselotte has held various roles at FrieslandCampina since May 2013, including interim Director Compliance and Manager Corporate Legal. Additionally, Liselotte is the Chair of the Supervisory Board of Fastned and a member of the Management Board of FAST. Previous experience includes positions at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, where Liselotte was a Senior Associate, and at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York. Educational credentials include studies at London Business School and Utrecht University, among others.
