Kara Dion

VP, Customer Success at FastPay

Kara Dion is the VP of Customer Success at FastPay where she is responsible for driving retention and ensuring growth for all payments customers. In her role she works collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing to help clients realize the most value from FastPay’s payments products.

Kara joined AnchorOps (acquired by FastPay in 2017) to lead the customer and product marketing initiatives for all payment solutions. In 2019, she was promoted to run FastPay’s client success team. Prior to joining FastPay, Kara served in senior sales and marketing roles with technology companies, specifically in B2B market verticals including HCM software, services, and mobile devices.

Kara is a graduate of Boston College, where she received a Bachelor of Science.
