David Nachman has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. David started their career as a Financial Analyst at Kidder, Peabody & Company in 1989 and later worked as an Associate at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in 1992. From 1993 to 1999, David served as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.
In 2000, David joined HireRight, Inc. as the VP of Marketing, Product & Business Development, where they played a key role in driving the company's revenue growth from $3 million to over $70 million. David oversaw various functions, including Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, Corporate Development, Solutions Consulting, and Strategy. David remained with the company until 2009, during which time HireRight had a successful IPO and was later acquired by Providence Equity Partners.
Following their tenure at HireRight, David served as the CEO of Phoenix Energy Technologies from 2009 to 2010. David then became an Operating Partner at Marlin Equity Partners from 2010 to 2012, and during this time, they also served on the Board of Directors for Cielo Talent in 2011.
In 2012, David joined Velocify as the Chief Business Officer, overseeing key growth functions such as Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, and User Experience. Under their leadership, the company experienced significant revenue growth, nearly tripling to $30 million.
From 2014 to 2018, David served as the CEO of Vision, a national leader in online government with clients in the U.S. and Canada. David successfully led the company and positioned it as an innovator in the industry.
Most recently, in 2019, David assumed the role of CEO at FastSpring, a trusted ecommerce partner for software companies worldwide. David continues to lead the company in delivering comprehensive ecommerce solutions that drive sales and enable companies to compete on a global scale.

David Nachman attended UCLA and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics-Business. David then pursued their education at the University of Chicago, where they obtained their MBA degree.
