Nathan Hlavin

Nathan Hlavin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Nathan currently holds the position of EVP of Sales & Operations at FastTek Global, a role they have held since March 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Strategic Development at Spark Talent Acquisition, Inc. from June 2019 to March 2020.

Nathan's longest tenure was at Ciber Global, where they held several positions over the course of 16 years. From June 2017 to June 2019, they served as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Innovation, providing executive leadership over strategic accounts and leading innovation initiatives across the organization. Nathan also held the role of Vice President- Global Account Executive from January 2015 to May 2017, where they managed top commercial accounts and developed actionable metrics. For a brief period in 2015, they were also the VP- UK Country Executive Manager, where they led a turnaround plan and rebuilt operations.

Before joining Ciber Global, Nathan held various positions including Global Account Executive from January 2012 to January 2015, Director of Recruiting from April 2011 to January 2012, Client Delivery Director from January 2011 to January 2012, Sales Executive from April 2009 to December 2011, and Consulting Services Manager from June 2003 to April 2009.

Prior to their tenure at Ciber Global, Nathan worked at Chrysler as a Labor Relations Specialist from September 2002 to June 2003.
