Steven Vandenabeele is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in technical recruitment across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at FastTek Global since May 2015, Steven leads full-cycle recruitment efforts for over thirty strategic accounts globally, with responsibilities that include sourcing, technical interviewing, and negotiating salary and benefits. Prior to this role, Steven worked at Kelly Services as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, managing similar recruitment responsibilities in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Steven's career began at Bryant Bureau as a Technical Recruiter/Account Manager, followed by a position at MSX International as a Senior Technical Recruiter/Corporate Recruiter, where recruitment activities included collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a robust candidate pipeline. Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree from Detroit College of Business.
