Francesco Bellin

Francesco Bellin has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as Manager of Tech Planning and Budget Control at Fastweb since September 2012, where responsibilities include service contract management, budget management, tender procedures, and the development of support models for network operations. Previous roles at Fastweb include Change and Quality Manager, focusing on network performance and quality reviews, as well as Customer Equipments Acceptance Manager, where Francesco oversaw device solutions for customers. Earlier in Francesco's career, experience includes work as a Quality Specialist in the Network Validation department and as a Network Engineer at the University of Trieste, contributing to the development of an IP/MPLS network. Francesco holds a laurea quinquennale in Electronic Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Trieste and has completed the Italian Officers 161° course in Anti Aircraft Artillery.
