John Cardwell

John Cardwell has extensive experience in the franchise operations industry. John has been working at FAT Brands Inc. since 2021 as the Director of Franchise Operations. Previously, they worked at Global Franchise Group (GFG Management, LLC) for over 8 years, starting in 2013. During this time, they held various positions including Director of Franchise Operations and Senior Co Brand Franchise Business Consultant. Before that, they worked at Steak n Shake as a General Manager, responsible for the daily operations of a high-revenue restaurant. John also worked at Great Wraps as an Operations Manager from 1996 to 1999.

John Cardwell attended New England College from 1980 to 1981. John then transferred to UNC Greensboro and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 1981 to 1983.
