Rochelle W. is an experienced operations manager and entrepreneur with a diverse background in the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Multistore Operations Manager at Fat Tuesday, Rochelle oversees the daily operations of three bars in the Orlando area, managing staffing, supplies, guest services, and vendor relations. As the Owner/Operator of Big Mamma's Little Kitchen since May 2005, Rochelle has built a successful catering business focused on high-quality, organic ingredients. Previous roles include General Manager at Family Dollar, where sales were significantly increased, and Assistant General Manager/Chef at Yolo, where responsibilities included menu planning and staff training. Rochelle attended Suffolk County Community College and holds a Regents Diploma in General Studies from Newfield High School.
