Amy Harrer

Amy Harrer, PHR has over 15 years of work experience in human resources and administration. Amy currently serves as the Associate Director of HR Operations at Fate Therapeutics Inc., a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Generalist at the same company from March 2019 to January 2022. Before joining Fate Therapeutics, Amy worked at Senomyx, Inc. for over 10 years. Amy held the role of Human Resources and Investor Relations Associate from July 2017 to May 2019. Additionally, they served as an Office Administrator and HR Assistant at Senomyx from July 2006 to July 2017.

Amy Harrer, PHR received a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Brandman University in the years 2010-2012. Amy also holds a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
