Allison Douglas

Allison Douglas is a seasoned professional in organizational development and training, currently serving as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Boys Town since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an Organizational Consultant at Iridian Group and as an Executive Guild Board Member and Treasurer at MEMORIES FOR KIDS. Allison has also worked at Cox Communications in various positions, such as Training Specialist III and Performance Learning Consultant. Academically, Allison holds a Psychology Degree with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology, along with a Business Certificate from Creighton University. Education was completed at Bishop Heelan High School.
