Christine Aguilar

Christine Aguilar has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, currently serving in the Contracts and Grants role at Boys Town since August 2018. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Goodwill Omaha included positions such as Director of Mission Training & Quality Assurance, overseeing staff and monitoring program performance, and earlier roles in Quality Assurance Management and Program Coordination specific to youth development initiatives. Christine has demonstrated expertise in compliance, budgeting, staff training, and program design and implementation. An educational background in Social Work from the University of Kansas supports a robust professional foundation in service delivery and program oversight.
