Doug Beaton

Doug Beaton is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Fathom Digital Manufacturing since September 2023, Doug previously held the position of COO at SencorpWhite, overseeing innovative automated solutions for product packaging and management. With a strong background in manufacturing and operations, Doug has also worked as VP & GM at Tecomet Inc., and as VP of Manufacturing and Global Sourcing at Watts Water Technologies, where responsibilities included strategic analysis and talent development across multiple global sites. Doug's expertise extends to roles such as Global Director of Operations at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Director of Operations at Danaher Corporation, and various operational positions at General Electric. Doug's foundational experience includes service as a Captain in the US Army, complemented by an MBA in finance from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and a degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
