Kim Ryan Caparas is an experienced professional in customer success and accounting, currently serving as Customer Success Manager for the APAC region at Fathom since December 2022. In this role, Kim supports both the SMB and AM teams to ensure exceptional outcomes and foster customer retention while managing the APAC support team for smooth operations. Previously, Kim held the position of Customer Support Manager for the APAC region at Cloudstaff from June 2020 to December 2022. Kim also has experience as a Senior Accountant at MontPac and began a career as an Accounting Associate. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology/Technician and Bookkeeping from Holy Angel University and pursued further studies in Accountancy at Manuel L. Quezon University.
