Steve Kessen

Steve Kessen is the current CEO of Fathom. Prior to this, they were an adjunct professor at Georgetown University from December 2011 to May 2014, where they taught research strategies, critical thinking and presentation best practices to master's students. Steve also served as Vice President & General Manager of TeamWork Online from June 2008 to January 2012, where they were responsible for new business sales, client retention, product development, strategy and finance. During their time with TeamWork Online, the company doubled the client base, tripled the size of the database, increased web traffic by 600% and launched three new revenue streams. Prior to that, Steve held the position of Analytics and Relationship Marketing with the Cleveland Cavaliers from May 2007 to June 2008.

Steve Kessen has an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Steve also has a degree in business with a focus in accounting from Kent State University. Steve is also certified by the State of Ohio as a CPA, but they are no longer active.
