Crystal Mullens, MBA, CMCA, AMS, is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and consulting. Currently serving as a Realtor at Fathom Realty since January 2019 and a Licensed Realtor at Allison James Estates and Homes, Crystal has demonstrated a strong track record in the real estate sector. In addition to these roles, Crystal has worked as a Community Association Consultant/Recruiter at Community Consultants, Inc. since June 2018, and has been the General Manager at Adagio Condominium since December 2015, where revenue was increased by 12% and expenditures decreased by 9% over two years. With prior leadership roles at Quality Association Management, Inc., Grosvenor Park I Condominium Council, and Legum & Norman, Crystal possesses comprehensive knowledge in managing multi-million dollar budgets and staff recruitment, training, and operations.
