Justin Carlson

Justin Carlson has had a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Justin started in 2014 as a Licensed Realtor at Keller Williams Realty Greater Cleveland Southwest, where they worked until 2016. Following that, they joined Coldwell Banker Schmidt Family of Companies LLC as a Listing Specialist and Realtor® until 2022. Currently, Justin serves as the Co-Founder, COO, Listing Specialist, Lead Recruiter, and REALTOR at Fathom Realty.

Justin Carlson earned an Associate's Degree in Small Business Management from Cuyahoga Community College in 2014. Justin also studied Real Estate at Hondros College of Business, though the duration and degree are unknown.
