Stefanie Running Anderson

Stefanie Running Anderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and project management. As the Owner of Gray's Lake LLC since January 2023, Stefanie oversees a real estate investment and management company focused on residential and mixed-use properties. In addition, Stefanie has been a Licensed Realtor at Fathom Realty since January 2020. Prior expertise includes roles such as IT Project Manager at UnityPoint Health and Des Moines Water Works, and Senior Project Management Consultant at Visiont. Stefanie also contributed as a Treasurer for Claire Celsi for Iowa and has held various consulting positions across multiple organizations. Stefanie holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.
