The founding team at Fathom Realty has a history of experience in the industry, including working as the Chairman of the Board at Hometown Heroes and the CEO at Home Central. They also have experience in internet sales and management from their time at Highland Homes and Everdrive Solutions. Educationally, the team is mostly self-taught, with experience coming from the "School of Hard Knocks" in business.
