Callum-Caolán Burns

Callum-Caolán Burns is an experienced professional in talent development and people strategy, currently serving as the Head of People & Talent at Frontline Data Solutions since January 2023. In addition, Callum-Caolán holds the position of Senior Talent Development & Programme Lead at City Careers Coach and serves as a Technical & Product Advisor for Fathom. Previously, Callum-Caolán has contributed to various companies, including Extern as a Senior People Strategy & Recruitment Advisor, Clyde & Co and White & Case LLP as an Advisor, and A&O Shearman as an Early Careers Coordinator. Early career experience includes a role as a People Operations Assistant at FDM Group and participation in the Disney Cultural Exchange Programme at Walt Disney World. Callum-Caolán earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Business Management from Queen's University Belfast and completed A levels at Our Lady and St. Patrick's College, Knock - Grammar School.
