Customer Success Lead at Fathom

Kris Bonaguro is currently the Customer Success Lead at Fathom. Prior to this, Bonaguro served as the Client Success Director at Luxury Presence from April 2019 to March 2022, where they were responsible for phone, live chat, and email support as the first full-time support employee. They also assisted with website edits, finance requests, up-sells, downgrades, escalations, product questions, and building maintenance. In addition, Bonaguro wrote articles and tutorials and maintained a robust knowledge base of over 780 articles. They also created, hosted, and then maintained and managed a webinar program of 4 webinars per week. Bonaguro has also previously worked as a Customer Success Associate at Gingr, LLC from November 2015 to July 2016, where they headed the creation of the first live chat Customer Support. They also hired and trained 3 additional support associates.

Kris Bonaguro attended St. Andrew's School for their high school education. Kris then went on to study psychology at the University of Florida, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree.
