Arielle Dyment, CPC, PRC has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Arielle started their career as a Sales Consultant at Vocus in 2010 and then worked as a Marketing Consultant Specialist at LivingSocial for a brief period in 2011. Arielle then ventured into event production and worked as an Independent Event Consultant from 2011 to 2014.

In 2013, Arielle joined CPA Global as a Global Event Specialist and gained experience in managing events on a global scale. Arielle later transitioned to the role of Event Manager at the Kimberley Conference and Athlete Training Centre in 2017.

Arielle then pursued their passion for health and wellness by establishing their own private health and wellness coaching company, where they served as the CEO and Founder from 2015 to 2021. During this time, they gained valuable leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

In 2021, Arielle joined Lived as the Community Engagement and Partnerships Lead / Head Coach, where they played a pivotal role in fostering community engagement and providing coaching services. Arielle continued in this role until 2022.

Following their tenure at Lived, Arielle joined Panzura as an Events Coordinator in 2022, where they contributed to the planning and coordination of various events. Arielle then advanced their career further by joining Fathom as the Director of Events in February 2023.

Arielle Dyment, CPC, PRC completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing & International Business at Villanova University from 2005 to 2009. In 2011 and 2012, they attended The George Washington University School of Business and obtained an Event Management Certificate. During this program, they studied Event Coordination, Risk Management, Event Marketing, Meetings & Conferences.

In 2017 and 2018, Arielle enrolled in the Addiction Studies Certificate Program at Mount Royal University. Arielle also completed the Certified Professional Coach & Professional Recovery Coach program at NET Institute in 2017, focusing on Addiction.

Arielle has obtained various additional certifications in their field. Arielle achieved the safeTALK Trainer certification from LivingWorks in March 2020. In November 2019, they became an ASIST Facilitator and completed the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) through LifeWorks. In July 2019, Arielle attended the Dr. David Burns 5 Day Intensive CBT Workshop offered by Dr. David Burns. Arielle also holds a certification in Mental Health First Aid from the Mental Health Commission of Canada, obtained in July 2019.
