Matt Baron

Matt Baron is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Fathom since August 2024, Matt also contributes as an Interviewer at Interview Kickstart since April 2017. Previous positions include Head of Engineering at Foraged and Co-Founder and Head of Engineering at Denim, which focuses on improving employee experiences for the hourly workforce. Earlier engineering roles included Engineering Team Manager at Squarespace, Co-Founder at Braise, and iOS Engineer positions at both SeatGeek and Apple. Matt's technical background includes developing enterprise iOS applications and full-stack web applications. Matt holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Applied Economics & Management and Information Science from Cornell University.
