Monica Sasinouan

Monica Sasinouan has over five years of experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition field. Monica began their career in 2014 as a Technical Recruiter with Workbridge Associates, where they were responsible for business development, sales/account management, and technical recruitment for tech companies in Toronto. In 2018, they moved to TouchBistro as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they hired over 100 employees globally in their first year. Her responsibilities included hiring in Sales and Technology, such as Business Development, Inside and Outside Sales, Software Development, Software Architecture, Internal Systems, and Information Technology. Currently, they are the Lead of Talent + People + Operations at Fathom, where they are building systems to support growth. Monica is also responsible for hiring Machine Learning Engineers, Backend/Infrastructure/Data Engineers, and Engineering Managers.

Monica Sasinouan completed their Bachelor of Commerce from the Ted Rogers School of Management - Toronto Metropolitan University in 2014. Monica has since obtained additional certifications from Cornell University, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn. These include a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University in August 2022, a Diversity Recruiting Course from LinkedIn in September 2021, and a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Course from LinkedIn in September 2021.
